When you submit a claim request or email us, we may collect your name, email address, artist or label name, role, the tracks and platforms involved, ISRC/UPC codes, the description of your situation and any supporting documents you choose to send.

2. How we use your information

We use this information only to review your request, verify rights, act on your behalf on the platforms concerned, communicate with you and keep records of the work we do.

3. Confidentiality

Information shared with us is treated as confidential. We do not sell your data and we share it only with the platforms, distributors or authorities strictly necessary to carry out an action you have asked for.

4. Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

5. KVKK and GDPR disclosure

We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the GDPR. The legal bases are your explicit consent, the performance of the service you request and our legitimate interests in operating the service. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.
