By using the Essence Music Rights website and submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Essence Music Rights assists independent artists, producers and small labels with copyright claims, takedowns, counter-notifications, royalty recovery, metadata corrections and contract review.

2. Authorized claims only

We act only for the rights holder of the composition or master recording, or someone they have authorized. You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to instruct us.

3. Fees

Fees (flat fee, monthly retainer or a percentage of recovered royalties) are agreed in writing before any work begins.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Platforms and third parties make their own decisions. We will do our best to protect your rights but cannot guarantee a particular result or timeline.
